The complete first module, not a sample
Module 1 settles the question everything else depends on: which parts of your marketing work AI is genuinely good at, which parts it quietly ruins, and which parts stay yours. The lessons are written rather than filmed, so you read at your own pace and can come back to them.
- Marketing is the function. AI is the amplifier.
- What generative AI actually is, in plain language
- The jagged frontier: where AI is brilliant and where it breaks
- The shift from doer to strategist
- Set your operating principle: co-pilot, not autopilot
- In the real world: what Klarna learned the hard way
- Consolidate and decide, with the sources behind each claim
- Apply it, using the course workbook
- Knowledge check
You map your own jagged frontier. Take eight recurring tasks from your marketing week and sort each one into inside the frontier, outside the frontier, or mine to own, with a line of reasoning for each. It is the first section of the deliverable you build across the course, and it is the part you will use on Monday.
The rest of the course
Ten modules. Each one ends the same way: consolidate and decide, apply it, knowledge check.
- 1. See where AI actually fits in your marketing, and where it does not
- 2. How AI thinks, so you can direct it
- 3. Cut through the tool hype: evaluate any AI tool in ten minutes
- 4. Know your edge: the marketing skills AI makes more valuable
- 5. Use AI you can stand behind
- 6. Your first working session: put it all together on a real task
- 7. Map your role: automate, augment, own
- 8. The fundamentals, amplified
- 9. Stay current without drowning
- 10. Your AI point of view
Your AI Point of View. One page, five sections, written a section at a time as you work through the modules. Not a certificate of attendance. A position you can defend when someone senior asks what your team is actually doing with AI.
